I decided to install Win98SE as the OS. It boots up with a custom
Galaga logo that is turned sideways because of my vertical oriented monitor. It then loads up a
frontend called Game Launcher. I have a
script that starts up Game Lancher then shuts down the computer when Game Launcher exits. I have
Game Launcher configured to use several versions of MAME for
different games and also MESS for Atari 2600 and NES emulation.
